Product Description:

Anti-oxidation graphite rotor---In the purification process, the method of mixing the purification gas and the solvent and using the rotating graphite rotor to spray the aluminum melt for purification is currently the most advanced treatment method in the world. The working principle of the graphite rotor is: the rotating rotor breaks the nitrogen (or argon) blown into the aluminum melt into a large number of dispersed bubbles and disperses them in the molten metal. The bubbles in the melt absorb hydrogen and oxidized slag by the gas partial pressure difference and surface adsorption principle, and are taken out of the melt surface as the bubbles rise, so that the melt can be purified. Because the bubbles are small and dispersed, they are evenly mixed with the rotating melt, and then they rotate and slowly float up in a spiral shape. They have a long contact time with the melt and will not form a continuous straight-line rising airflow, thereby significantly improving the purification effect.

Anti-oxidation graphite rotor technology advantages and features :

1、The graphite rotor rotating nozzle is made of high-purity graphite. In addition to considering the dispersion of bubbles, the structure of the nozzle also utilizes the centrifugal force generated by stirring the aluminum alloy melt to make the melt enter the nozzle and mix evenly with the horizontally ejected gas to form a gas/liquid flow ejection, increase the contact area and contact time between the bubbles and the aluminum alloy liquid, and improve the degassing and purification effect.

2、The speed of the graphite rotor can be adjusted steplessly through the frequency converter speed control, up to 700 r/min. The specifications of the graphite rotor are Φ70mm~250 mm, and the specifications of the impeller are Φ85mm~350 mm. The high-purity graphite rotor has the characteristics of high strength, high temperature resistance, and aluminum flow corrosion resistance. During the purification and degassing process, nitrogen is introduced into the surface of the aluminum alloy liquid in the box for covering and protection, so that the part of the graphite rotor exposed to the aluminum alloy liquid is in an inert gas, preventing the rotor from high-temperature oxidation and extending the service life of the rotor.

3、The impeller is streamlined, which can reduce the resistance during rotation, and the friction and scouring force between the impeller and the aluminum alloy liquid is relatively small, so that the degassing rate is above 50%, shortening the smelting time and reducing the production cost.

4、The surface has been specially treated for anti-oxidation , and its service life is 2 to 5 times that of ordinary products. It is widely used in the aluminum alloy casting industry.

5、The usage cycle in aluminum processing industries such as aluminum sheet and aluminum foil casting, aluminum alloy wheels, etc. is as long as 2 months.
