Applied in sealing rings , silicon carbide ceramics have good chemical corrosion resistance, high strength, high hardness, good wear resistance, low friction coefficient, and high temperature resistance, so it is an ideal material for manufacturing sealing rings.

When it is combined with graphite materials, its friction coefficient is smaller than that of alumina ceramics and cemented carbide, so it can be used in high PV values, especially in the working conditions of conveying strong acids and strong alkalis.

The SIC-1 type silicon carbide pressureless sintered products produced by our company have the characteristics of high density, high hardness, large production batch, and the ability to produce products with complex shapes. They are suitable for use in high-performance seals, especially in the working conditions of high PV values and strong acid and alkali resistance.

The SIC-3 type silicon carbide ceramic products produced by our company are silicon carbide materials containing graphite. Because there are a large number of dispersed fine graphite particles in the silicon carbide matrix, when used in combination with other materials, its friction coefficient is very small and has good self-lubricating properties. It is particularly suitable for use in the production of gas seals or seals with dry friction conditions, thereby improving the service life and working reliability of the seals.
