Product Description:

All-nickel-based flexible graphite packing : Packing specially used for ultra-high temperature and ultra-high pressure valves , woven from high-purity, low-sulfur expanded graphite wires, and Inconel alloy wires added to each graphite wire, and meshed with Inconel wires on the outside of the packing. It retains all the inherent advantages of tweezers graphite packing, and all-nickel-based graphite packing has good thermal conductivity, chemical resistance and self-lubrication. At the same time, the all-nickel-based metal coating structure greatly improves the mechanical strength of the packing, making the packing denser and stronger. Universal packing can be molded into all -nickel-based graphite packing rings according to customer requirements .

Carbon fiber packing : It has excellent thermal conductivity, wear resistance, chemical stability, high mechanical strength, small starting torque, so it will not damage the pump shaft and has a long service life. It is an ideal material for various dynamic and static seals.

Application: Carbon fiber packing is suitable for corrosive liquids such as acids and alkalis, organic solvents, etc. It is used in the sealing of flanges, valves, reactors, pumps in industrial fields such as petroleum, chemical industry, chemical fiber, coal mining, power generation, and metallurgy.
